but according to tiger 2018, the west one at v3 below is named ... something else, bainbridge place or something?
could you check this against your source in case you might have made an error and used the same name twice, or if it really does disagree with tiger?

in the first follow-up it seems you wish to lock everything to v1, and divert the perhaps hundreds of thousands of updates and corrections daily into mailing lists, fora, and changeset discussions, rendering them more totally useless than today.

i know that spammers and Pokemon falsifiers and vandals would love this as they simply need not participate in any forced discussion, just like today, except that today there is no requirement that a revert or fix be preceded by discussion and so osm is able to advance with improvements and corrections being applied today without a majority community approval.

or to be even more precise, it was moved a bit, earlier, and converted into traffic signals from being a tag-less node, before the above.

if you look at the node's history, node/63975974/history , i see it was dragged from a previous position as well as given the additional tags, losing the signal details at the same time.

given `en el mundo' it appears to be deliberate; most entries look to re-tag trees=commercial tagging or delete smaller areas tagged the same, though as expected achavi barfs on memory.

there are some things later in the list that are curious, like adding a forest tag to previously untagged nodes, though

I mean, what even *is* it? There is no identifying info, so all it looks like is someone wants to scent-mark OSM without offering anything of use to anyone, except the address info that is slowly materialising here and there.
That's not the purpose of adding things to the map - they need to be generally useful.
