I used the official governmental road sheet as a primary entry point where they're marked like "შ-123" (not the latest version - https://www.matsne.gov.ge/ka/document/download/5524325/0/1), but on road signs, refs are shown like "შ 123". I'll revise my changes later based on how it's shown on signs.

Because we are in Georgia and Georgian is the only state language. Community decided to use other languages in name tag only in case of absence Georgian name of POI (specific rules work in RA and RSO regions)
