Thanks for the addition! In order for GPS to correlate your house with the road, the address needs to be the same, so you would need to change "E Schafer
to "East Schafer Road"

Also the routing issues might be because your driveway is marked as "access=private", so some GPSes are ignoring it as a possible route. Removing that tag could also help

I see that a few of the roads like way/1230621891 have lanes=1.5. It's generally not a good idea to have a nonstandard value like that because consumers are expecting whole numbers. Were you trying to show that there were no lane markings: lanes=*?uselang=en#No_lane_markings?
