I'm not, but I've been working through a lot of the tagging issues in AZ recently. Could you elaborate more? It's been a few weeks, but I remember that the ones I removed did not meet the criteria for amenity=bus_station because they did not "consist of several bus stops, usually allowing people to travel in many different directions." (amenity=bus_station), they were only 1 or 2 stops on the same route(s). I double checked the wiki pages for AZ, Maricopa, and Phoenix and did not see anything about exemptions to that definition, so I fixed a few of them

Thanks for adding this! I would encourage you to add a tag to show what it is, since right now it is not usable by a majority of apps. Looks like it might be tourism=chalet and osm.wiki/Tag%3Abuilding%3Ddetached

Also, images must have a valid license to be used in OSM, and I don't think zillow does, so could you please remove that? Thanks!
