As bxl-forever points out, most websites, including Wikipedia and Wikidata, spell his name as Van der Noot. By the way, the adjacent park, as well as the house where he lived were allready spelled that way.

I'm not sure what exactly the way numbers you mention are referring to, but the parc Jupiter is the area inside the avenue Besme, avenue Gabriel Fauré and avenue Jupiter (have a look at Google Maps for a better view). I guess the "forest" you mention is part of the parc Duden, on the other side of the avenue Gabriel Fauré. If something should be changed in OSM, please take care of it. Best regards.

Hello, i fixed it too a few days ago, but I still don't see the changes on the map... I did this for a few other places too, same (no) results... As I said before, there are quite a lot of those minor errors, but i quit correcting them...
PS : you can contact me in French or Dutch too, might be easier...

The sources are simply the streetsigns (see Google Streetview) and because it's correct Dutch grammar... The book "Découvrez Uccle, ses rues et places" mentions also "wilderozelaar". This being said, there are quite a lot of those small errors, both in French and Dutch for the whole of Brussels...
