Hallo Hufkratzer!
Nein, ich kenne die Situation vor Ort nicht, hab's vor Jahren vom Luftbild abgezeichnet.
Ich nehme an, Deine aktuelle Korrektur wird passender sein.

Hi Jojo4u!
Please do not use "Historic=ruins" for the broken dam, see:

Hello ashs_as!
I am hardly involved with OSM at the moment. If you want, you are welcome to make changes.
Best regards

Connecting the partial fragments is often difficult if no tyre tracks in the sand or gravel are visible in the satellite images.

Hello ashs_as!
Generally I map tracktype=grade5 as highway=track.
But in some cases I map some more important connecting "roads" as highway=unclassified. So they are shown at zoom levels 12, while tracks are shown at level 13.
They can also be distinguished from tracks that end in dead ends, which is not funny in that camplicated area.

hi, there are a lot of that kind of mines in Morocco, following mineralized veins.
I think that the tag 'quarry' that best describes this.

Hi, the name "Lakhrbt" and other location names in that area are taken from the IGN-map 1:100.000, feuille NH-29-XVII-2 "Acdif" 1972. Maybe the spelling has change by time.
You are invited to correct/update them, if you want.

Hello,
thanks for your instant information and sorry for my mistake.
I referred to wikipedia, where the area map of Illizi Province is still unchanged (Djanet included) in AR FR, DE, EN language versions.
I will correct the OSM data within the next days.

Are you able to fix Illizi and Djanet Province in in AR and/or FR Wikipedia ?

Bye, Dromedar61
