I'm not sure how to tag the level of the businesses when I get around to doing that. After reading the wiki, it looks like I should tag the businesses accessible on the lower lot with `level=0` and start the businesses accessible on the upper lot at `level=1`, is that correct?

my mistake, I meant to say west entrance and the basement. the north entrance is a staircase.
