| 74311671 | about 6 years ago | While it may be difficult to turn left at this location, I believe that in this case it is not illegal to turn left across the double solid lines. I wouldn't consider this a "barrier or dividing space" and in practice I see with my own eyes cars turning left in and out of those driveways daily. It is essentially the center turning lane transitioning into a dedicated left turn lane. From GA Code: "No vehicle shall be driven over, across, or within any dividing space, barrier, gore, paved shoulder, or section separating the roadways of a divided highway; except that a vehicle may be driven through an opening in such physical barrier or dividing space or at an established crossover or intersection unless specifically prohibited by an official sign, signal, or control device." |

Housing footprints are usually from the county GIS authority. Check the source tags on those shapes.

If there is a weight or length limit, the tags can be dialed in more... take a look at the hgv and access wiki pages...

| 62150964 | about 7 years ago | shouldn't the "center of the city" be downtown Stonecrest? And not the geographical center of it's boundary? If the position of the label is the issue then perhaps a label could be added to the boundary relation? Thoughts? |

| 51598401 | over 7 years ago | I'm curious how Offenbacher_ determined the names of these two creeks? I've looked at the NHD, as well as USGS topo's from various years and they are both unnamed. I have found a historical map (1893) that lists "Chaeronea Creek" as Carr's Branch. You've also added names to several other creek around Athens with suspect names. Any light you can shed on your source for these names would be greatly appreciated. |
