I went ahead and fixed it, and also removed the name. For future reference, you can right click the node and select "extract" to take the node off of a way. Also, we don't use descriptive names - access=private and the gate is already sufficient to prevent routers from sending people on the road.

Welcome to OSM! The address node should not be on the road, but rather roughly in the center of the building with that address. Happy mapping!

Welcome to OSM. A few things I noticed - Street names should be unabbreviated ("Parwelk St" should be "Parwelk Street" instead). Also, service=parking_aisle should be reserved for service roads which are only used to access parking spots - the main service road that you use to get in/out of a lot should not be a parking aisle. It looks like you drew the same road multiple times. I deleted those as well.

amenity=fountain is for decorative fountains. You can always refer to the wiki to see how the tag is expected to be used. For example, the page for drinking water: amenity=drinking_water

You can refer to the "Useful combinations" section, or just look at the fields that iD presents you with.

Please don't use descriptive names. I fixed the tagging of the retaining pond, but maybe you could help identify whether it is for detention or retention? If it is is for detention, you probably will be able to identify a clear inflow and outflow.

That isn't meant to be a gotcha or anything, I really hope that this sort of work "surfacing" older/outdated data will help with getting POIs updated. There's a bot on mastodon which does something similar: https://botsin.space/@restobot
