If you enlarge the river mouth its extreme extend is the line of Montevideo and not the outer Ocean (Maldonado).

To say it clear: Mapping this large Bay as river is, well....
It's salt water in this bay so its the Ocean - Period. Its not amusing that some mappers make their own rules and the only argument is "we do not map for the renderer". Its not amusing that the OSM authoritys leadership is to weak to stop this.

Please do not remove natural=coastline 'cause you destroy the whole Land/Sea rendering.

There is a description on https://www.cyclinguk.org/route/great-north-trail-full-route-cape-wrath with GPX-Tracks. So its a well known route. IMO nowadays this is a good as signs along a route.
However, if someone removes the NCN I will not insist an will find my own solution with OpenAndroMaps IF it is a LEGAL route and does not get in conflict with landowners.
Can anyone confirm this?

Solche, auch unversicherten, Steige sind mit hohen Berwertungen der sac_scale problemlos erfassbar - solange das keine reinen Kletterein sind. Bei den letzteren ist das so eine Sache. zB der Traunstein-Ostgrat ist auch in der OSM - hier habe ich vor Jahren schon eine entsprechende sac_scale hinterlegt. IMO ist das so gerade noch zulässig bei einem IIer - wenn jemand einen schwarzen Steig in der Karte sieht sollte er die Karte zur Seite legen und einen Kletterführer zu Rate ziehen. Wobei es mir lieber wäre wenn reine Kletterein nicht aufscheinen würden.
Und nein, ich bin nicht bei der Bergrettung war aber viele Jahre in den Bergen unterwegs. Seit 2010 gebe ich die OpenAndroMaps heraus und werfe ab und zu einen Blick auf die Wege der mir bekannten Berge und stolpere hie und da über solche haarsträubenden, wirklich unverzeihlichen Fehler.
.. vor allen wenn ich über Einsätze der Bergrettung im betreffenden Gebiet lese.
