I think this block of Barbur should be split into two oneway carriageways because of the median curb and the amount of driveways/service roads. It's not possible to cross the median of Barbur but currently no turn restrictions are set up to account for that, and I think oneway carriageways is a cleaner solution that having turn restrictions for every driveway.

Regarding expressway=yes for Milwaukie Expressway: according to OSM wiki, undivided highway without full access control shouldn't be tagged as expressway=yes. What do we think?
