Also, kindly avoid making fictional changes like you have done here. OSM is a database that is widely used across the world for use cases ranging from Disaster Management, to Navigation and adding fictional data benefits nobody. I have gone ahead and deleted this motorway you created, which clearly does not exist. If you need to experiment with OSM, kindly download data locally and play around in any GIS software.

"no" doesn't really specify what exactly you have changed. Please read through: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments#:~:text=A%20good%20changeset%20comment%20should,have%20edited%20on%20the%20map.
