Add path found across Lynnwood Park. Parts are definitely informal, but other parts are quite distinct. GPX 5005120

Add drinking fountain

Update gates, removing dupe and adding the other gate. Private property so maybe should be access=permissive but that's wasn't clear to me.

Fix drinking fountain location

Fix foot routing going N/W/S on Miller Creek & Marinwood. The current foot=no tags on the roads *outside* the intersection means you can't walk to the start of the bike path (as this area doesn't tag sidewalks). Keep East as not walkable: no sidewalks.

Separate concrete footpath from dirt paths. Add extra paths that I found while walking around: GPX 4879977

Update Fire Roads. Based on survey https://westnordost.de/p/70399.jpg the Michako Trail ends, and San Marin Fire Road continues on. Added a few missing Fire Roads and added water tanks.
