Surveyed this morning :

Corinthia Brussels Hotel is not yet open.

They will open end November 2024. Exact date is under "embargo" and will be communicated to media this Monday 04/11. To follow up after this date.

Also reservation=required is suspicious, no trace of that on their website and it's unusual to require reservation when a new hotel open (if someone go there to take a room no doubt they will sell it).

There is a road here with the tram track.
