Bien que les données sur le tracé des bâtiments est donné, pourrait-il être possible de modifié le tracé de ce cabanon ? Il est légèrement décalé. Si oui, je peux m'en occuper moi-même.

I don't think that access=private is appropirate here ; the signs say that the parking is reserved for residents and users of the convenience but nothing indicate there is no access allowed , otherwise how to reach the playground and the "Maison de quartier" ? Probably motor_vehicle=private is more appropriate. For anothers services roads around need to check what is signed or not (i just spotted this one)

Check whether the road is really allowing bike in counterflow : it's actually not clear whether bikes are allowed riding counterflow, on one side of the street there is an exception for them, but not on the other side #survey
