I am afraid this changeset contains a few incorrect items. The brevity of the changeset description makes it harder to guess.
I suppose you have wanted to add the route_ref tag on several bus stops. There might be a few mishaps (Picard or Central Station have missing routes) + removal of all references to STIB/MIVB on the Engeland stop (node/4149629215) + drawing a shelter (way/513400108) on top of an existing shelter) + moving a non-existing bus stop (Wagen, node/3818247063). I may have missed other things because it takes time to investigate, but I will try to fix those.

I have reverted your edit: "Airport Bus" is not the name of the stop → it cannot be used as the name tag in OSM. Relations are what we use to describe what routes serve a stop (in this case STIB/MIVB bus route 12). Regards.

Apparently, you have made several tag fixes on the database to add FR+NL names when necessary.
This is a good idea but please look more carefully. For instance, on Athénée Royal d’Auderghem (way/159325527) you have changed the website into a weird "http://www.arAuderghem - Oudergem.be" string. And I have seen occurrences of you translating unilingual strings such as name:fr or name:nl
Also, it would be better to use something better than "Update tag" for every contribution, so that the other participants can see what you have done.

Hello. I am surprised by this changeset. I have surveyed this street extensively to map the central pedestrian islands, especially since the boulevard had undergone works a few months ago. I don’t see the point in deleting all this work and using a single area with landuse=residential instead. Did I miss something?

Thanks for this. It is a good idea to use UrbIS numerical imagery because it has the shape of the station property. I’ll rely on this.

This was apparently your first contribution to OSM, so we will not hurt you about this. But I must say that your change is incorrect: you have used the "name:en" tag (official name of a node in the English language) and put a text in Greek. If I am not mistaken, "στάση λεωφορείο Αεροδρόμιο" means that it is the stop of the airport bus. This is cool but not how data is to be presented on OSM. The *name* of a node for a bus stop must be its official name, no more. In that case, it is "Luxembourg - Luxemburg" (we concatenate French and Dutch names, this is a convention for all PT stops in Brussels), and we use another type of object on OSM, namely relations, to associate bus stops with bus routes (the airport line is a relation).
I have reverted your changeset. Feel free to read some documentation about how OSM works and after that you are welcome to enhance the database. Best regards and have a nice day.

Okay, it’s great that we think alike. In the mean time I had created an issue on GitHub, therefore sorry for raising the same issue twice.

geoloc.irisnet.be does not seem to provide a usable list, unfortunately the only visible part is a map (which requires Flash, grrr), but you can have a more usable map here: http://data-mobility.irisnet.be/ even though I think that they also miss the "É" in their names (we can export dataset and retrieve how names are spelled).

This changeset is puzzling me. It looks as if you have made lots of changes in Brussels street names based on a list out of UrbIS. I use UrbIS data too, as it is very often a good referee about where a street officially starts and ends.
However, there seem to be a few cases with discrepancies vs. visible data on the street.
I have personally surveyed Rue de l’Évêque (starts with an accented É), Land-van-Luikstraatje (hyphens in the name) and Vier-windenstraat (hyphen in the name). The official UrbIS map at http://geoloc.irisnet.be/ matches too (well, not the accented letters because the map represents everything in plain ASCII names, but street signs confirm that the É is part of the name). This is why I am puzzled about the data you have been using for your changes, because people might have seen this as introducing mistakes. Could you tell me more about the list you are using, so that I could spot other possible errors?

I am afraid to inform you that "t’Serclaesstraat" in Brussels city centre is to be written with a lower-case "t". It is named after Brussels Middle Age hero Everaard t'Serclaes. I know it can be confusing, especially because both Urbis maps and street signs write all street names entirely in capital letters, but this spelling is how Brussels city authorities intended to write it. I have reverted the changes.

I want to inform you that this changeset contains mistakes
Here is what you have added for Brussels Central metro station (node nbr. 142700522): "name:fr=estacion tren"
name:fr is reserved to the French name of a node. I assume this is simply a beginner’s mistake and I have corrected it.
And for the Korenmarkt in Ghent (node nbr. 107539767), "name:fr=plaza, iglesia de san nicolas".
I encourage you to read the documentation of your software and read a little about how tags are used on OSM: it seems that you are adding descriptions of objects for Spanish-language speakers but using the name:fr tag is incorrect → something like description:es should be preferable.

Good job for this! I am currently doing the same thing for other bus routes and it’s great to see other people contributing. I suppose you derive the stop_positions from information published by STIB/MIVB on the Brussels Open Data portal: the X/Y coordinates they provide is supposed to match the front position of the vehicle.

Just two pieces of advice:

1. Don’t bother too much about giving the stop positions a name, this is not mandatory and in the longer term we will pack the stop positions, the platforms and all kinds of equipment within a relation. Also, having duplicated names on several nodes is annoying once a name must be changed.

2. Please use more detailed titles for your contributions: "stop_position nodes added and named" is not enough. I suggest mentioning the route, the area or the stops you have been working on. This will help you in the future, and will also prevent other users to believe that you are spamming the website.

Do you know if there is a recommended way to tag bus stops where operators use a different name? Didn’t find any relevant information on the Wiki or on the conventions pages for Belgium PT. Sure we could use tags such as name:TEC or name:De_Lijn but the map rendering fetches its information from the "name" tag. It would be useful to discuss some standard (standard naming convention or node duplication) because there are about 50 cases like this all over Brussels.

I may have tracked the source of errors on this, it was improper tagging of a recently-created contraflow bus lane along Roodebeeklaan. This is where STIB/MIVB routes 12 21 79 towards Diamant are running since Nov. 2015. They do not run along Avenue des Cerisiers - Kerselarenlaan at all. I have restored the correct itineraries and JOSM’s validator no longer complains by now.
