You can manually request a render on http://www.informationfreeway.org
Zoom to zoomlevel 12, hold CTRL and click on the tile.

I also found this out recently. A great tool. But does it render the same way as OSM? The fonts certainly are different, and I have added city and town borders to places on Crete, Greece, but they don't seem to show up on the informationfreeway site. I know it also uses the TAH database, so the information should be the same. Do you have any experience with this? Now I'm still not sure if my additions will show up at all.
