The City of Paramatta installed several large “Welcome to Little India” signs in the area, along with a plaque bearing the name. The signage is so prominent that some locals consider it an eyesore, and have petitioned for its removal:
I feel like the common usage and official signage qualifies it for "name" rather than "loc_name", but clearly someone has a different opinion. Happy for you to make the final call on it 🙂 Cheers, James |
