Ok, for Perak you may use this like Putrajaya, but noted that the boundary is not accurate at all, but still useful to provide a rough boundary.

Noted that Lojing is a “jajahan kecil” or sub-district, should set as admin level 7 until it grant the full district status in the future.

Never mind, you can just KIV first. I think the current boundary alreday enough for Penang, since mukims does not practise well in Penang, but if there is a open source we can use, hopefully can do a import in the near future.

Ok, I will adjust it later, along with Kerian River and Junjong River.. You are correct as the river could change, IMHO Ampang Jajar Area in Butterworth, Penang shpuld included in SP Utara many years ago, maybe we should ask PEGIS for assistance in the near future, since they alreafy realeased an open data of Penang mukims map (but I dont sure the license they use..)

Isn't Penang's Queensbay belongs to Barat Daya, and not Timur Laut. And the Pulau Rimau and Pulau Kendi should add to the Barat Daya relation (and you should add Seri Tanjung Pinang phase 2 into the Timur Laut relation because the land reclaimation almost done). the Kerian river boundary also looked crooked and need some extra adjustment.
