Attualmente (dal 1/7) la bretella a senso unico direzione nord è chiusa. Si imbocca quella verso est che va nella rotatoria. Il pezzo iniziale "in costruzione" serviva a evidenziare che non si può utilizzare e l'imbocco in futuro sarà modificato. Lo stato attuale di OSM (bretella nord aperta) non riflette la realtà.

I modified the entire Pista de la Dea with on foot, bicycle and horses = yes, by motor = with permission.
In the park, horses can go on paths and tracks, with a maximum group of 10 animals.

Hi, within the Parc du Mercantour the forest roads are prohibited for motor vehicles (excluding farmers who have a special permit) and bicycles. They are free on foot. There are some exceptions, the Piste de la Dea is authorized for bicycles. Source:

So this road is free for everyone to walk and cycle, but requires a motor vehicle permit. Did I indicate the tags correctly?
