My bad. Thanks for letting me know. Organic maps doesn't seem to have a way to close notes and I forgot to close it in iD.

I forgot to add sources. I used Bing Streetside and aerial imagery as my sources.

Like I said in my other comments on your recent changesets, it's not a big issue. If you forget to tag with a source in the future, you can always leave a comment to let others know your source. Thanks.
