I noticed that you changed the street name from South Memorial Drive to South Memorial Drive East in this changeset: https://pewu.github.io/osm-history/#/way/478913669
I've tried to check available sources (e.g. street-level imagery like Bing Maps), but couldn’t confirm whether “East” should be part of the official name.
Could you please share what source or local knowledge you used for this edit?

I agreed with your corrections mostly. You have been absolutely right about mapping Queensway as single carriageway.
As you noticed, there are some small islands on the road for traffic lights, so I though it was necessary to correct the intersection geometry between Queensway and Unclassified road and I have already done it. It is the simple T-shape intersection and there is no need to avoid small islands with mapping dual carriageway.
