Change remaining primary roundabout to secondary now that only secondary or lower connect to it

The last part of this trunk is nearly finished, they now put two-way traffic on one half so that the old accident-prone road is not used anymore. I expect the section to be fully opened in a matter of weeks but I won't be there to check and map it.

Remove a strange sharp left-right not corresponding to reality (I drove there recently)
