Map newly constructed buildings as they begin to appear on cadastre. Fix position of part of "Avenue du Plateau" as it has been moved (still not on cadastre, but halfway between the buildings by local survey); same for few other ways.

Add a fence, fixup the crossing between a retaining_wall and steps, and replace a building by a landuse=construction (it is being destroyed)
