| 105054697 | over 4 years ago | Hiya Brandy Buttons, Welcome to OSM and thanks so much for your recent contribution. Keep in mind that the name= key should be used for actual names of things rather than descriptions. Other tags can be used to describe an element in detail (such as how you also added surface=dirt). Please feel free to reach out if you need any help! Happy mapping :) |

| 104074922 | over 4 years ago | Hi ElderColdRamen, Welcome to OSM! In this changeset, you added a park over six houses. It totally covered four and cut through the middle of two others. On OSM, we define parks in a particular way, you can read more here: leisure=park If you were trying to add something in particular, but you're not quite sure how to do it, please feel free to reach out. I have removed the park in question. |
| 103977649 | over 4 years ago | Hi Savannahh, Welcome to OSM! Please keep in mind that OpenStreetMap is public, and that your changes are visible to everyone. With this in mind, you shouldn't add personal details such as who owns a particular house. Also, the name tag should be reserved for actual names rather than descriptions. Other features can be described using the correct tagging. Make sure you check out the OSM wiki for more information. |
| 103641856 | over 4 years ago | Please do not add fictional features to the map. Por favor no agregar características pretender el mapa. |
| 103352577 | over 4 years ago | Hi m1sel, In this changeset you have removed Oregon Middle School and replaced it with 4 parks. What are you trying to do here? The school's website and facebook pages indicate that it still exists and is active at this location. |

| 59115995 | over 4 years ago | Hi marc__marc, They do operate a lifeguard patrol out of here, but in Australia these organisations are often much more than just a lifeguard office - they're kind of similar to a sports club. In the case of South Narrabeen, they offer swimming lessons, run beach/ocean sport competitions, have a venue for hire, and a restaurant. I'm not sure of the exact hours that they currently run patrols as they are variable. |
| 103094815 | over 4 years ago | Hi Arthur, Welcome to OSM! It appears that you have duplicated this existing park: original: way/751993447 duplicate:

| 103015763 | over 4 years ago | Hi 1999Jeffster, Welcome to OSM! It seems like you've added a lot of silly, childish things to the map in your recent additions. Please know that these changes have been removed. OSM is a volunteer project that is used by a lot of different organizations including emergency services like the police and fire departments, as well as community organizations like charities. Keep in mind that fictional mapping has no place here. If you'd like some help learning how to map correctly on OSM, please feel free to reach out :) |

| 102886659 | over 4 years ago | Hi Playerslayer019, Welcome back to OSM. Please note that we define parks in a particular way on OpenStreetMap. Private residential homes are not included in this definition. You can read more on the OSM wiki, here: leisure=park |
| 102437451 | over 4 years ago | Hi Grace, Welcome to OSM! The majority of features you added in this changeset don't appear to exist in the real world. This includes The Country Cottage (r), Harrison Woods, Mahmoud Pond and Lee Park among others. Are you able to explain what you were trying to do here? |
| 102471391 | over 4 years ago | Are you sure that there's a building here?
It looks like a grassy residential backyard. It seems like you're using the iD editor. You can square up the buildings you're adding by pressing "q" or selecting the option to do so in the editor. |
| 102471293 | over 4 years ago | Hi Alison, It seems that you accidentally dragged a node (https://osmcha.org/changesets/102471293) in Brown Street across several other roads. I have moved it back to the correct location. You would have received some warnings before you uploaded the changeset, it's normally a good idea to check those. |
| 102054897 | over 4 years ago | Hi SolidCuban and welcome to OSM! Some hint to help you with your future mapping: -A house and its private yard is not a park, please do not add parks and other fictional elements over houses. We define parks in a particular way on OSM, and you can read more here:
-You can square up buildings in the iD editor by pressing "q" on your keyboard - this can help you make the buildings more accurate. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! |
| 101923866 | over 4 years ago | Hi Offenstein, Welcome back to OSM! You've mapped way/923407904 as water, but looking at Bing Imagery (which seems to be the highest quality here), it appears to be a tarp over the roof on a shed/garage? Please also keep in mind that the correct tag for a swimming pool is leisure=swimming_pool, not natural=water. Private pools should also be marked as such. |
| 101946213 | over 4 years ago | No worries, I have removed the duplicate for you. |
| 101946213 | over 4 years ago | Hiya cprimack, A very similar nature reserve is already on the map - way/29693636 Are these the same thing? |
| 101132591 | almost 5 years ago | Hi! You have the N2Y Company on the map twice here - once as a building covering the entire plot (way/917878470) and once as a residential area (way/910025869) I'm not sure if either tagging scheme is the most correct way to add this feature. |
