Where does the information par and hole number (ref) come from?

The name tag is for the name only, not for the reference information nor the course name.

Use https://openhistoricalmap.org for things that no longer exist.

The parking relation has outer and inner confused.
The 'outer' is the outside that contains all.
The 'inners' are bits that are not part of the parking.

Next problem: The relation should contain all of the parking attributes - surface, permissive etc. The outer way should have no tags on it.

I have fixed this. But I leave you to fix the relation for grass... see way/946805122 - should be role 'outer' and no tags.

For some of this you have sport=basketball, it is actually sport=netball. I have corrected 2 courts.

The area surrounding the netball and tennis courts is not a single pitch and would be better tagged a landuse=recreation_ground.
The netball courts should be sport=netball. See sport=netball

How to do buildings with parts.

Make an outer way with building=* and the main tags. Then add each element as a new way with building:part=roof/*.
No need for a relation unless there are holes inside the building.

The relation for the section of hipped roof .. the tags go on the relation not on the outer way ..
