relation/12840824 makes no sense as it does not need to be a relation at all. Just tag the individual ways as building=school and be done.
Multipolygon relations outer ways cannot share segments - so this relation breaks the 'rules'. Deleted. Ways correctly tagged.

Where the parking (or another OSM feature) exists as both a node and a way ... delete the node!

I think this will become amenity=laundry_dryer with laundry_dryer=cloths_line ... have to do a proposal etc etc.. very low numbers at present in OSM. Laundry_dryer and it is not just cloths but bed linen, towels, sleeping bags etc.

Layer=-1 for pedestrian way relation/2788553??? If it is on the surface it is layer=0 (the default).

relation/2788553 is also not closed, contains a segment twice, and 'inner' is outside the outer... in short it have many errors...

There are some 'buildings' named 'cloths line" ... are these buildings ... of just cloths lines out in the open? Perhaps covered cloths lines - just a roof with cloths lines? I am working on a cloths line tagging scheme.. hence my interest there.

Multipolygon relation outer ways cannot share segments. So the relation for highway=pedestrian cannot have the external grass areas include. To fix this issue I have removed the external grass areas from the relation and set them as highway=pedestrian with surface=grass.

I cannot make sense of the 'leisure=park' so deleted it. Is this area grass? Shrubs? Trees? What makes it a 'park' compared to the other grass areas?

OK .. just check what is there using Bing.

I have deleted both relations.
That larger area looks to be the boundary of a farm .. so not 'grass'.

The smaller area could be an orchard.

The homestead in the middle should be mapped building=farm. The individual fields can be mapped landuse=farmland .. this is not grass but corp growing...

The 2 relations both have errors and both try to map the same thing.

relation/12822203, has 1 member with the role 'outer'. If there is only an outer then it should be a simple way.

relation/12822204 has 2 members - both with the role 'inner'. As there is no outer this make no sense.

Not unusual to have errors in comment an source. But if you were using Bing then a hint to DCS would have been good.
