I have re-tagged Lesile Way as highway=construct as that is what it looks like to me. If it is constructed then drop the tag construction=* and change highway to residential.

When a road has finished construction, delete the tag construction=* ... and then replace the construction in the highway tag with the correct thing. Leaving construction=* behind is contradictory.

Do you agree that the Administration boundaries of Bayside Council, Mascot,
Alexandria, Council of the City of Sydney and St Peters (and possibly others can be removed from nearby roadways?
My desire is to dissociate roads that people modify fairly frequently from Admin. Boundaries that most really don't want to change.
