|
| 87867443 | over 5 years ago | relation/10586171 Ambleside admin boundary has 2 outers that touch... that is an error. Take a look at https://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=areas&lon=146.38234&lat=-41.17948&zoom=11 |
| 88198054 | over 5 years ago | And destroyed admin boundaries that existed along this road.... mutter mutter. |
| 89445809 | over 5 years ago | way/5573399 - a building ... crosses it self. This generates errors.

I have done a partial reversion of this and another of your changesets to restore the reserve. This may have some effect on your edits. |
| 89282163 | over 5 years ago | Hi, Multipolygon relation outers cannot touch so this relation generates errors. In principle - one OSM entry = one real world feature. So I would have the club as a simple node. Then the buildings can each be a simply way, thus no relation required. |

| 87867443 | over 5 years ago | Hi,
Relation: 11294143 has no name... Way: 825314996 is already in Relation: Ambleside (10586171) so does not need to be included again... |
| 79506304 | over 5 years ago | Hi,
|
| 86594618 | over 5 years ago | I have removed the 'landuse=forest' from the Bicentennial Gardens. The way is the boundary of the gardens and includes areas that do not have trees. I have added a new relation for these trees - it extends beyond the gardens. See relation/11515585 |
| 88215206 | over 5 years ago | Hi,
Secondly ... an area of trees is better tagged natural=wood. This does not imply a land use of forestry which is used for State Forests. And the key 'natural' is use for both natural and man effected things. Third? Try not to use existing ways that are not related to what is being mapped. For example trees don't always follow the boundary of a National Park, Nature reserve etc. This change set has been reverted as I found it too difficult to correct the altered boundaries. Sorry. |
| 74056058 | over 5 years ago | Hi,
|
| 68945081 | over 5 years ago | way/682056525 'named' swamp? I think that is, at best, a description not a name. Better tagged as wetland=swamp. |
| 85351400 | over 5 years ago | To use your words ... "unverifiable edits of Way: 805165237 and agree on consensus before making any further changes." Rather offensive is it not?

Suggest the use of the LPI Base Map that suggests a different course and also names this stream. It is possible that a culvert also exists in your mapped location, and in several other places, but the LPI Base Map suggests the major/lower part of the water course takes another course. |
| 46160196 | over 5 years ago | Thanks, fixed. |
| 81930884 | over 5 years ago | Oh, water direction can usually be had as the water way usually gets wider further down as more water ways join in. I have only had one that went over a saddle so flowed in both directions from the saddle down on either side. |
| 81930884 | over 5 years ago | Hi,
I too use JOSM, humm the OTM is in the list of images that can be enabled... it is not enabled on my install. I'll have to consult on it (DWG?)... but as I say it does not look compatible... Reversion is a last option, and easy to revert a revert. |
