Yes, it is a pillar hydrant. For some reason the coordinates aren't precise. Maybe someone shifted the road but not hydrant position, or maybe simply I didn't enter perfect coordinates.
However the hydrant is there, about 20 m west, along the wall of Centro Commerciale Bennett. You can see it in Google street view.
Please revert your changeset and if you want only correct hydrant position. Or I will correct its position as soon as I can.
Please ask to local mappers before you change something you didn't see directly, expecially for emergency items like hydrants.

Sono passati alcuni anni, ma se ho messo i nomi propri in name, con tanto di maiuscole, sicuramente li ho letti su un cartello in loco.
Se qualcuno è del posto, può verificare se i cartelli ci sono ancora e/o hanno cambiato denominazione ai laghetti.

Ciao, devo segnalarti che far coincidere i nodi delle highways con i nodi dei landuse è da evitare, almeno per quattro ragioni:
1) è tecnicamente scorretto, perché la superficie del campo non arriva fino alla mezzeria della strada;
2) si tratta di taggare per il rendering, che è universalmente sconsigliato;
3) fa perdere un sacco di tempo a chi deve fare modifiche successive alle highways e ai landuse, dovendo separare uno per uno i nodi e faticando a selezionare quello voluto;
4) questa pratica è stata deprecata dalla comunità internazionale.

Buonasera. Sono passati alcuni anni e non ricordo se avevo fatto un sopralluogo, ma rivedendo le immagini aeree, probabilmente ho utilizzato solo quelle ed ho interpretato male la fila di alberi. Se appunto ha verificato che c'è solo un fosso, rimuova la strada. Anzi, se ha la possibilità, la invito a tracciare l'intero percorso del fosso e a taggarlo di conseguenza.

Those hydrants were tagged by me with different tags for the same attribute. Now I try to uniform them, so tomorrow when we will have an approved proposal, it will be easy to change them, if needed.
Meanwhile, please look at osm.wiki/Proposed_features/Fire_Hydrant_Extensions_(part_2)
and check if you agree with it.

Do what you think is best. Now I'm inclined to use polygons rather than multipolygons.
