The disused railway under under the Ballard Bridge has been completely paved over. Several rail crossings have been eliminated and the cyclepath has been simplified as a result.

Improve access restrictions around Convention Place. Most of the lanes are used for bus layover, but general traffic is not restricted from entering via the slip-lane on Pike St. Also added clarifying tagging for the express lanes entrance from 9th Ave

PLU recently demolished Foss Hall, it appears to be fully demolished but may be noticeable on aerial imagery for some time.

Nagle Place is a residential street between Denny and Pine and not an alley (although it is a bit narrow). North of that segment is a Sound Transit owned pathway/alley that is not signed as Nagle Place, so I removed the name tagging.

Decrease circular junction radius at E Marion St & 31st Ave to simplify a two node crossing on the southern intersection approach into a single node crossing
