Fix up a couple of bike tags along S Dearborn St

Various improvements near the entrance to Seward Park: add missing paths, sidewalks, & crossings; fix up parking areas; add bollards; reclassify non-residential streets; update speed limits; etc.

Update intersection of N 63rd St and West Green Lake Way N to reflect outer loop bike path routing and change northern portion of West Green Lake Way N to Tertiary, as it has parallel parking and a stop sign.

Fix some issues on Green Lake Dr N related to crosswalks and bike tagging/routing.

Fix some errors created by changeset 145308488 and add detail to (and around) the bike lanes that that changeset separated out from the roadway

Restore footway that was deleted in changeset 145168041

Update 1400 block of Dexter Ave N now that "Stellar" apartment building has been completed

Add some missing religious landuse in North Seattle

Add landuse to the western 8100 Block of Aurora Ave N

Add and update some landuse along Aurora Ave N between 83rd and Winona

Add buildings around Kapowsin, WA as well as the population of this CDP, change from a hamlet to a village and move the node closer to where its amenities are, and add an intermittent (but considerable in size) body of water

Fixup of boundary=administrative in Pierce County: Removed the tag from CDPs, added some missing populations, added "place" nodes as "label" members, and updated "place" values to better reflect current populations

Remove duplicate administrative boundary between Fircrest and University Place

Change Camp Murray from a boundary to a landuse=military multipolygon and add ownership tag. Remove boundary=administrative from members of the Camp Murray and JBLM relations that aren't also part of a municipal boundary.

Fix at which node the new Northup Connector bridge meets the Northup Way sidewalk and add a missing bend in the structure

Pike Street is now one way West of Bellevue Avenue. Street rework is underway so lane markings may need to be updated after construction is complete.

Add access=private tag to golf cart paths at some Seattle area private golf courses. Also added a few holes at Rainier Golf & Country Club (there are still more to add there).
