fixed, good point. not in ID so you have to memorise that tag!

Dang, that's bad luck.

I've got a few more house number notes on ferry road, but that's it. I can put them in anyone's so unless I hear back I'll leave it a week or two so reduce the chances of a collision if you're actively fixing. The original house shapes were mostly wrong from a basic import, so having surveyed some mostly they needed adjusting.

tarmac is a trade name, for asphalt.
if it's changed to paved it's a loss of information, but making a new tag bitmac would result in every use of the dataset treating it as unknown, so asphalt is the closest match without adding to tag value fragmentation.

for accessibility purposes, asphalt and bitmac are practically the same thing, and paved is more generic - it might mean paving stones, not a single surface. here I'm happy that asphalt is closer than the more generic paved. And in practice I expect any attempt to differentiate between asphalt and bitmac in streetcomplete would just generate random choices.

Yes, looks like the block is labelled in several places, but they use the same label in several places rather than having specific ones for where the label is. Needs the sort of intrusive survey that walks up to every front door and checks the number.

Fixed, I forgot the address on the node when the company moved.

Interestingly, this came from StreetComplete which does not use this phrasing when asking the user whether there is a dedicated footpath. If you have the intended use of the tag correct, be aware that's not how the developers of StreetComplete thought it would be, so a lot of the tagging by that app is probably different.

There is indeed no explicit banning of the pedestrians from the highway but also no walking route should use it as there are non barriered off dedicated footpaths here.

It describes itself as a coffee shop on it's website, but I've not actually been in to find out if they do cafe stuff as well as coffee.

The 30 limit on hall road had been extended from the bp garage roundabout down to the Vauxhall dealership at the bottom. But, I am not sure exactly where. I think somewhere around the River bridge on the a140.

Hall road and sandy lane are now both 30mph limits, so there does not need to be a 30mph sign any more (when the note pas placed, Hall road was 40mph, so you'd need a sign between them)
