I corrected the mistakes of this change set. Due to this changeset many streets in Agdal were messed up. Please be more careful and do not ignore the warnings.

I am actually not so sure about that. The OSM wiki entry says something else: tracktype=*

Here it says that "Tracktype is a measure of how well-maintained a track or other minor road is, particularly regarding surface firmness. It usually applies to highway=track but is often used for non-tracks too, especially in less-developed places where many main roads are unpaved."

According to this entry, it can also be used for highways which are no tracks.
