Do you have a source for the name for "Elevenses Gully"?

Sorry, it's been over 18 months so I'm not sure what the problem with my workflow was. I suspect some failure in my extract to pull the existing data down off the server. It's hard to make sense of the errors otherwise. It looks like most of the problem ones had an existing stream but no name.

I've run a script in QGIS over the OSM data to check for intersections. I think I have fixed most of the breaks in this area (there were another 4 or 5), but need to do it by smaller area as QGIS chokes on intersecting the full Hawkesbury catchment.

If there's no track, then it shouldn't really be mapped in OSM: see osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Cycling_and_Foot_Paths#Informal,_Invisible_Trails

Perrys Track now has a long section tagged as bridge=viaduct. I assume you were only trying to put the bridge on this short section: way/1106738714/ ?

Thanks, I will see if I can work out a process.

In the meantime, you identified that some boundaries had moved. What tool(s) did you use for that?

137897455 over 2 years ago

I'd say so. Do you have any suggestions as to the best way to do this?

The 'hydronamestring' should have been deleted before merging. I obviously missed that one! Feel free to delete if you spot any others.

I've left note:relevance in place in the same way that TheSwavu has done for the remainder of the NSW named streams imports eg way/445413628

Just wanted to check if any of the new ways created in this changeset have been ground-truthed. From my knowledge of the general area, none of these would have actual tracks on the ground, and so should probably be removed unless there's ground evidence to the contrary.

Hi - do these paths actually exist on the ground? Just wondering if they should be on the map or not.

Cool re crossing island. iD was complaining, so I was just trying to resolve the complaint! Poorly...

Agree this is slightly different from most of the other "alley"s in the area. The service tags are somewhat problematic. I don't know that my post in talk-au helped resolve much though!

Thanks, I obviously let that one slip through. Though I've noticed that councils do appear to be progressivly removing the doorzone lanes, espcially in flat/downhill sections. Keeping them on the steeper uphill sections where cyclists are moving slowly.

Yeah, have hopefully fixed up in 84132769!

Delete the old one. Probably a dodgy trace. It's hard to get good accuracy down there. I've actually walked it since (2018) with a better GPS track, but obviously hadn't looked again in OSM - https://bushwalkingnsw.com/walk.php?nid=218
