From here to the south-west is Narrow Neck Rd. Because of a road realignment, both this section and the section to the west named Narrow Neck Rd on this map are both Narrow Neck Rd.

I have corrected this in the past but it's been reversed.

Note the property marked #48 below this marker. That is #48 Narrow Neck Rd.

It is, in fact, #48-50 Narrow Neck Rd.

It is next to #52 Narrow Neck Rd.

If you check council mapping, this is the official south end of Valley Road as a trafficable road from Bathurst Rd. If you look to the south end of Victoria Crescent further to the south, there is a continuation of Valley Road.

The line of (unformed) road continues through the bushland joining the two in a continuous road reserve.

Until you stop removing my corrections on this, taxis and delivery drivers will get misdirected.

It makes open street map disreputable.

In JOSM there are errors here regarding the fact that there is a hospital within a hospital (Charles Gairdner node within Elizabeth Quay area). What is the best way to fix this? Don't want to start chopping and changing without knowing the best thing to do

Road alignment in this housing estate seems off by about 1m. need to confirm if imagery is offset or OSM data.

Heading south on Thomas Street, OsmAnd says I should've turned right here onto Bagot Road, however this is a no right turn intersection. I don't know too much about relations but this looks right I believe. Unsure of why this was shown as a right turn

This tower is a large heritage-listed brick vent shaft. Probably deserves more detailed tagging.
