New construction in this area, buildings need review/adding/removing.

This disused railway line, from here at Bow St south to Waterford-Tamborine Rd / Stegemann Rd, is coming up on Komoot as suitable for cycling, but it is not paved and is definitely not suitable for a road bike. (e.g. look at the aerial photo on Google Maps.) I believe the local council (Logan City Council) is planning to turn it into a cycle path, but that certainly hasn't happened yet!
