"Name on the ground" isn't the rule for translated names as per DWG, and it has to be the main name in the French Wikipedia, which it isn't.

J'ai annulé le groupe de modification pour pouvoir déplacer la statue.
Lorsqu'un élément est enlevé temporairement, on peut aussi ajouter le préfixe removed:*=*

Mais comme l'indique Bxl-forever dans la page de discussion, les classifications historiques ne reflètent pas forcément la réalité du trafic sur le terrain.
Modifier ces routes en se basant uniquement sur les conventions de base annule le travail de terrain des contributeurs qui connaissent les routes concernées et leur trafic respectif.

Tu as modifié différentes routes comme N61 de highway=primary à highway=secondary.
Pourtant la page osm.wiki/WikiProject_Belgium/Conventions/Highways indique "primary :
National roads, N-roads of the 1st and 2nd category that connect the capitals of the provinces with ref= Nx (1 to 9)or Nxx (tens from 10 to 90), or if the main traffic road is diverted through another way as by means of a ring road with ref=Rx or Rxx."

Searching for a recommended tag, I found https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-fr/2012-June/044026.html and since it's not an amenity (social_facility=*) I used "social_housing=yes".
But building:use seems like a better idea since it adds more information.
