Miller Liu editing is very terrible. I’m still doesn’t know what the intention behind his tree deleting actions. Here is the list of his tree deleting changeset in National Taiwan University:

It is terrible. I had similar experiences, that someone undid some good entries. Can I ask. What would be a good way to act upon it? Just adding the deleted features again and again will be a lot of work and very frustrating.

You can use editor like JOSM, which has a plugin to revert changeset, preserving previous editing stuff. The good thing about using JOSM is you won’t have to redraw anything.
