I am trying to show that Gilman St is one-way away from the intersection of Aldrich, but two way for bikes. Also, there is a short, painted, contraflow bike line adjoining the intersection in each direction, probably as a warning to motorists of on-coming bikes.
If you can figure out a better way to map this, go for it!

No problem!

Thanks for noticing the gap, wireguy!
I am no expert on dealing with OSM history, but the gap you noticed appears to be present in the last few versions of these boundaries. The change I made in the relations was only to remove some deprecated attributes.
I downloaded Ohio place boundaries from the Census website to be sure I got them right, then closed the gaps in the four boundaries. I also rearranged the members to make continuous boundaries.
Let me know what you think!

I was working in two states in a single JOSM session. I can see that's causing problems and will not do that again. Thanks for reporting!

From Cottonwood Drive to the Velo UnderRound, this cycleway is called the "Military Ridge Path". It is under Fitchburg jurisdiction and requires no trail pass. The Military Ridge State Trail" begins at 1. Cottonwood Dr and goes southwest. It is under DNR jurisdiction and requires a trail pass. The "Path" and "Trail" distinction is observed in names in Madison and Fitchburg. Please do not change this way to "State Trail".
2. From the McKee Rd bridge to the Dunn's Marsh boardwalk, the Military Ridge Path, Velo UnderRound, Cannonball Path, and approaches are closed for sewer construction from Dec 2020 through Dec 2021. They must be tagged
highway=construction and
construction=cycleway, *not*
highway=cycleway
I will be monitoring this project closely for Bike Fitchburg and will update the check_date and opening_date as they become firm and retagging when the facilities reopen.

The attributes I put on the boundary of the cemetery came from a node with the same name within the boundary. It's recommended that the historical gnis tags be moved from a node to an area in this way. I don't know what the ele-295 tag means, so I was uncomfortable removing it. It looks like it's been removed by someone else.

I think I have fixed the crossings properly. We will see when keepright runs next. Thanks for pointing out the errors and the keepright tool!

They should all be APBP_approved. I will fix the broken ones.
The Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals (a U.S. organization) recommends that a rack support a bicycle in two places, so a kick stand is not required. So the common wave and comb racks do not qualify. We'd like all responsible parties to switch to recommended rack types, like inverted-U ("stand") and post-and-ring ("bollard").
I will document this tag and "installed_properly" in the wiki.

I did not mean to add a street, although these racks are on concrete pads. The rack areas are coded as OSM Areas. Did I do something wrong?
