The changesets added by StreetComplete are under control of the app, not the user. It groups changes by category not by location, so people might make more than one change in a location.
If you think that that could be improved, the place to talk about it is at https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/issues .
It's not OK for your first communication with a user in a changeset discussion to be "STOP IT!!!" - they'll see that message emailed to them, and without any context won't even know what they are supposed to stop or why.
As I've already said elsewhere, I think that you owe this user an apology.

A worldwide edit where the changeset is on 11 objects doesn't seem unreasonable to me, and it also seems like an obvious "typo fix" that really doesn't need a prior discussion - (where the name is Chinese) it's obviously wrong. There's an argument that the extra language names on way/39297336/history might not match reality, or might just be transliterations or descriptions, but that's a discussion to be had with the mapper that added them.

Please don't add "descriptive" names as "names". For more information see osm.wiki/Names#Name_is_the_name_only . way/813894649 has the tag "access=private" tag on it, which is what people using the data will see. No router will understand that they should not use "name=Accès interdit - Bois et chemins privés".
