in among the "sorting out of the merge" it looks like the lanes tag is still wrong on http://osm.mapki.com/history/way.php?id=934479984 and way/934479979 . Any idea what it should be?

OK - these are all done now. Where I've reverted back to a version without name:etymology:wikidata I've re-added that tag. 3 changesets from 107746633 onwards.

(to add to the comments about problems here on other changesets) way/956303023 really does look implausible. It' sallegedly a secondary road but it doesn't connect to anything. I'd suggest that, in additon to the revert that has been requested at changeset/106666695 , that changesets that add this sort of thing also get reverted too.

It looks like an admin boundary update broke here the AONB boundary. I've joined the AONB boundary up by joining the stray end of the "AONB only" way to the bit of admin boundary that was a member of both relations. Maybe the AONB should follow the admin boundaries west, but I don't have any info on that.

In this changeset and others you've added various names to several ways, including http://osm.mapki.com/history/way.php?id=135929095 . Taken together, these clearly make no sense.
OpenStreetMap is a map of the world as it really exists, not as we might like it to - only use real names.

Here you've changed the name of a road to "Donald J. Trump State Senic Highway". Maybe this was a satirical comment about supporters of the former reality TV host (among other jobs) not being able to spell, but unfortunately for the joke OpenStreetMap is a map of the world as it really exists, not as we might like it to.

@DUGA For info, http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/194Q is a search for all objects in this area with a name last edited by Botogav . There don't seem to be an "suspicious former presidents" in there, but it might be worth having a look at the names in there - the easiest way is probably to click the data button, sort the JSON in a text editor and look at the "name" tags that way.

Following on from changeset/106863408 , it does look like you've got a thing with former presidents' names (or maybe just actors in dodgy films such as "Home Alone 2" or "Bedtime for Bonzo"). Please don't make names for roads up - as you've seen, they get changed back pretty quickly.
