Please don't use the tag man_made=communications tower for communications objects; in the united states, the vast majority are instead man_made=mast + tower:type=communication.

it looks like people live on these roads, so I think that they should be residential instead.

If it exists in the real world, it's valid data. if the classification is wrong, the correct thing to do is update classification and add an access tag if you need to.
