In the case of note/1191105, the content says,

“Unable to answer “What are the opening hours of “Ruby Tuesday”?” for node/1855695627 via StreetComplete 2.3:

Restaurant is not in business anymore. Has been replaced by Panda Express.”

I thought the question had been answered so the issue could be resolved. What needs to be changed so the issue can be resolved? I guess maybe I should change the metadata about the restaurant so it has the correct name and hours and then resolve the note?

Maybe I misunderstood. The note said, “Description access=yes;no ?!?”

My intention was to respond to the question indicating that the trail is accessible by mountain bike and by foot. I interpreted the note as asking a question, not indicating a problem on the map. Is that a mistaken interpretation of the note’s content?
