I took the G1 to Budleigh this weekend - the GPS log app is pretty good :) I did a mix of surveying on foot and in car though I think Mansfield Terrace is certainly one for surveying on foot in the future, There is a rather nasty steep hairpin at the bottom and my car ended up spluttering to a halt, it took a lot of revving to get going again. Very scary when the handbrake is bearly holding (I think it wouldn't have made much difference as the car would have probably slid if it held)

Still I'll be back in a week or two's time to resurvey the old railway line (now a foot path). its about 5m out of position as things stand (I hope its not my GPS)
