| Using Esri Wayback Imagery in OSM Editors | Great workflow, Wayback link is now: https://livingatlas.arcgis.com/wayback/ |

| HOT Validation | Very insightful Adrian! |

| Super Mappers are Coming to HOT’s Tasking Manager! | @KingVik Many thanks! All OSM edits are included, they don’t just need to be via Tasking Manager. I understand that HDYC uses a different method to calculate stats vs. user stats in Tasking Manager, which flow from ohsome - scroll to near the end of that page to see calcs. |

| Super Mappers are Coming to HOT’s Tasking Manager! | Thanks Adrian, won’t use Imgur to host my images again, transferred them to another source, so they should be viewable now in UK |

| LastUpdated – My First (Published) JOSM Map Style | This is wonderful! Just pulled it into JOSM and working great. One tweak that would make it even more useful - at the moment the decimal figure after the year maxes out at 10 for December. So it takes a bit of quick reasoning to estimate the month. Do you think there is any way of adjusting that so that the figure after the date matches the month, e.g. 2023.11 would represent – ‘some point in November 2023’? |

| Missing Maps Gathering, September 2024: 10 Years of Missing Maps | @map_papi look through the OSMCal events and anything with ‘Missing Maps’ in its name will be a good event to join and get started with Missing Maps. For example the next London Missing Maps event is a fully online event with lots of training (https://osmcal.org/event/2726/). If you represent an organization that is interested in becoming a member of Missing Maps feel free to get in touch with me on [email protected] |

| Giving Contributors Efficient Feedback in Tasking Manager Projects as a Validator | Nice piece of guidance, this is surely a time-saver and puts ‘common errors’ or ‘things to look out for’ in a relatively prominent place. I wonder though how you deal with this when there are a lot of posts in the question and comments section of a project. Sometimes there are several pages of posts and the mapper may struggle to understand which is being referred to. Would having a direct hyperlink to an individual post in the questions and comments section help with that? |

| Missing Maps Mapathons Core Team | Great post! These are things that I’ve been thinking about in an unstructured way for the last five years - but you’ve put these same thoughts into words brilliantly. Sounds like the Missing Maps London community and the Missing Maps Prague community have a lot in common :) This particularly resonates, well written: “The core team … work hard to be replaceable because that’s what the community needs. They only succeed if the community works without them; the community can not depend on one person.” |

| I think I spotted a whale. | Bing aerial imagery, zoom right in, just to the west of the northern tip of the island. Majestic - well done! |
