This isn't necessary as the center lines already have tags on them to show they include a bike lane(you'll also notice the center lines have purple markers on the sides indicating a bike lane as well in JOSM). The only time you should draw in a separate way for a bike is if the lane is physically separate from the road.

over 10 years ago | Hi roadgeek, I'm just seeing why you made this section layer=3. I only see that it goes over the ground level streets(0) and the Hawthorne bridge interchange(1).
over 10 years ago | Hi Baradam, I'm just writing concerning your edits on the intersection of 185th & Evergreen Parkway. Generally the practice is not to separate out routes for turn lanes, but only when there is a physical barrier. You will notice most of the area follows this convention.
over 10 years ago | I took a look in streetview ,just because I was curious. I was able to find the sign- If you are driving away from OHSU on Gibbs, its right on the corner after you pass the “The Hill House” and before the water facilities
over 10 years ago | Sorry Peter, should have consulted with you/looked at the history. I was looking for mismatched names (between the city and OSM) It just seemed like an odd transition for a single street to change 3 times in one corner so I thought it may have been a mistake. Anyways I will change it back since you have actually verified it. Once again sorry about this.
