I don't know the date of the images. And these hi-res only cover the stretch from Klosters to Davos and a bit beyond. Unfortunately, not the complete Wallis. :(
Maybe we could try and fund our own fly-overs?
It won't be necessary. Make search for "bing global ortho project". It is only a matter of time before the entire western Europe gets this excellent resolution. Thanks for your answer.

You must zoom right in to get the correct date.
e.g. it starts at 2004 but can be as recent as 2011 at the hihest zoom level
