Hello 4D5G9K. I’ve noticed that you have made a few classification gaps in the motorway, trunk and primary networks like you have done here. This area seems adequate serviced by a primary road. I am curious what tagging scheme/guidelines you are using and have seen this highway tagging page (osm.wiki/Brazil/Classificação_das_rodovias_do_Brasil )? According to this approved tagging scheme, the town of Conchal with a population of ~27,000 would be serviced by primary roads. Thanks!

Hello sriwijoyosastro,

I have noticed that you have recently set a great many of important roads to construction around south central Jakarta osm.org/#map=18/-6.394026/106.784277. Based on evidence, it looks like the road is open from Sawangan northward: www.openstreetmap.org/way/821899891. Here is a tweet from the tolling company from not long ago including images showing the highway open and in use: https://twitter.com/senkomdesari/status/1296037724814622722 in addition to a video from early July https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjkh9qhxt-g, and Wikipedia also says it’s open https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depok–Antasari_Toll_Road. It is worth noting that the Maxar imagery available in JOSM is from mid 2019 so it is out of date.

I went ahead and updated it, let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
RiverBearings

Hello Romy Alendra.
I’ve noticed that you have left some overlapping highways in this changeset and others such as changeset/88487398. Your note that the “road is not connected to others” suggests that you’re trying to restrict navigation at this intersection. Was this your intent? If so, have you considered creating a turn restriction (osm.wiki/Relation:restriction) on this road instead of avoiding the intersection at nodes (osm.wiki/Highways#Junctions)?
Thanks,

Thanks for the information Ezagren

Hi Ezagren,
I noticed that there is a gap in the trunk network here [osm.org/#map=19/0.793790851796806/110.80104983489863 ] due to ways tagged as construction. Do you know more about this construction project both here at the bridge and more broadly along the trunk network that you recently upgraded around the western side of Kapuas Hulu?
Any information would be useful.
Thank you,
RiverBearings

Hi sumberjaya81.
I noticed that you changed a lot of minor roads in the town Sumberjaya to secondary and this classification does not extend to the trunk via way/819083946.
They were all initially classified based on overall importance, function, and form using the guidelines at osm.wiki/Indonesian_Tagging_Guidelines#Roads. Based on these and the OSM community practices in Indonesia, I believe some of these roads should be reduced in classification and the main access loop could potentially be classified as tertiary. Let me know what you think. Thank you.

Hello Chokriaz, I noticed that you created quite a bit of overlapping road data in this changeset. All the nodes have the same lat/long of the existing data here which is usually indicative of a copy/paste of selected data and then an upload. I’m happy to help you fix this data, I think the best option is to remove all overlapping ways.

Iiteran, Hello. I see after a second look of what you are saying with the conflict between moving roads and pedestrian ways at this interchange. This fix was complicated from a remote sensing perspective. Do you have any suggestions to correct the offset for this junction without the aid of the construction design details? DG Premium confirms that this highway is misaligned as OSM GPS traces show that imagery layer is geo referenced accurately. Your input would be most appreciated! Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback. The data in this area was pretty messy but I will make sure to not delete like this in the future. I'll go ahead and clean up my previous edits. Thanks!
