Corrected the name of the preserve; and added "boundary=protected_ area".

Minor fix

Mskoda and Pembroke (and two other areas not added to OSM yet) are considered part of a larger preserve, "Kankakee Sands in Illinois"

Performed suggested fixes

Added the category "protected area"

Added the tag "leisure=nature_reserve. Changed protect level from 7 to 5. According to the OSM wiki, 7 is equivalent to 4, which is usually used for areas that have "Wildlife Area" in their title, which also tend to permit hunting.

Changed Pembroke Savanna to an area, based on borders depicted on I-View (https://prairiestateconservation.org/iview/). Added info to Mskoda. IUCN category is from the Protected Areas database of the United States.

Minor correction to name/designation

The "panhandle" isn't part of Middle Fork River Forest Preserve, so I separated it.
